AND CONDITIONS
SHIPPING
All shipments sent will be via Ground Service. Air Service is available
upon request. Most items will be shipped within 7-10 business days
unless specified. There will be absolutely no refunds on shipping
charges.
RETURNS
All parts returned for exchange or refund must be shipped back to
us within 5 business days after the date of receipt. All authorized
return parts must be unused and in its original packaging. All packaging,
documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware must also
be returned along with the product.
All returns must be sent prepaid. If a collect shipment is sent
to us, we will charge the customer for any shipment costs incurred.
Collect shipments will be accepted only if prior arrangements have
been made. We are no responsible for shipping charges for items
sent back. We recommend when returning the item, please purchase
insurance of the returned item for its full value to protect against
loss with carrier.
Items
must be inspected carefully before the delivery slip is signed.
If a part is found damaged after inspection, call or email us immediately
and let us know. For reference, please provide us with pictures
of the damaged part. This will help us to determine how severe the
damage is.
You
are responsible to keep all original packaging, including packing
materials and original shipping carton. Please do not return damaged
parts without prior authorization.
All
products returned must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
issued by us. All returns without an RAN will be refused and sent
back to the purchaser at the buyer’s expense.
All
items that have been modified or show signs of any modification
are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking
fee.
